A nice hotel run to the highest standards

I’m sure I could find a few minor points of criticism, but I’ve given it a 10 plus every other smiley face going, as the RH Arena in Gandia really stands out. The hotel is very well located, has an underground car park, has been recently renovated, the rooms are nice and spacious, the communal areas are really generously proportioned and attractively designed, the breakfast is very good, and so on. But what really stands out is the dedicated staff. I had a long chat with the receptionist, had a lovely conversation with the bar staff, and the restaurant staff, despite having a lot on their plate, are always smartly dressed and friendly... a hotel run to the highest standards.

We stayed in May, and we liked the hotel very much. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are very good, the pool and the area for children are a 10. The food is very tasty and varied. The dining room staff is very friendly and attentive to any questions. The waitress Kira was very kind to us and served us perfectly; she is a very polite and nice girl, she took great care of us! 😊 We have already booked another trip to this hotel; I believe no further recommendation is needed. 🫶

Hotel is lovely and clean, all staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The restaurant area is spacious and the waiters/waitresses are amazing. All of the staff at the snack bar on ground floor are amazing. Receptionists are helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely come again.

very good location for shops/restaurants as well as only a 5 minute walk from the beach.. staff were very friendly and helpful despite us not speaking a great deal of spanish, manucho behind the bar was very kind always went above and beyond to help and starting friendly conversation in english

Exceptional Bar Service: A huge shoutout to Sebi and Oscar at the bar. Their professionalism and friendly attitude were impressive. They genuinely care about the guests and make some of the best drinks in Gandia! Warm Welcome: We also want to thank Mady at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the check-in process seamless. Her kindness made us feel at home right away. Quality & Comfort: The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Hotel practically new. Renovated in 2025. Very clean. Hearty, varied and excellent food. Wine and water in food. Very attentive and helpful staff. Large, comfortable and bright room. Music and performances at night.
